Sausage & Egg Stir Fry Recipe

If you just had ONE sausage left in your fridge....
- 1 pc Sausage Any kind of sausage will do --with no MSG or other crap
- 2 pc Eggs
- 5 - 6 pc Cherry tomatoes
- Cilantro For added flavor
- Seasoning to taste Sea salt, pepper, cayenne
- Now how difficult can this be ???!
Just one lonely sausage left in the fridge -- so I sliced it up and threw it into a pan with some olive oil. Dumped in some tomatoes and left them untouched for a couple of minutes while my lonely sausage got to know those ruby red darlings.
Cracked in a couple of eggs, seasoned with sea salt, pepper and cayenne, a bit of cilantro---a quick stir, and the heat goes off just before the eggs are fully cooked.
Mildly spricy and very satisfying indeed.
