Bored with your regular plain omelletes? How about giving it a sexy twist with oysters!

Oyster Omelette Recipe

Oyster filled omelette



  1. Pour on your gently beaten eggs onto a small frying pan with olive oil on low heat.
    Gently spoon on the smoked oysters to one half of the eggs, and sprinkle with sea salt and fried shallots.
    When the egg starts to set, quickly but carefully flip the other half to cover the oysters.
    Throw in the tomatoes on the empty half of the pan.
    Carefully cut the omelette in half with your spatula while in the pan and remove. Continue cooking the tomatoes until done.
    Serve with an additional sprinking of fried shallots and a crack of black pepper.
